Job summary

COX HEALTHCARE LTD in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate daily care in our skilled nursing and long-term care community. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor conditions, and document care and changes in a respectful, privacy-conscious manner.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Oklahoma.
• Demonstrated passion for caring for older adults.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliability, compassion and patience in all interactions.
• Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutrition.
• Encourage resident participation in activities to promote engagement.
• Maintain accurate care documentation per facility policy.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards.
• Offer emotional support and companionship.
