Job summary

Nextaff is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team in Keokuk, IA. CNAs will provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and patients.

This per diem role offers flexible hours (8-40 per week), weekly pay, and benefits access through our network. Candidates must have active CNA certification and BLS, plus willingness to complete required TB tests and a physical.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 months recent CNA experience.
• In-person BLS certification.
• Willing to obtain a TB test and work physical.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Support mobility and safe patient transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
