Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a project manager to own client relationships and testing programs, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews, and reviewing reports to keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority, scheduling field and lab resources, reviewing daily reports, and maintaining budgets and invoicing inputs while growing accounts through reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
