Job summary

Construction Materials Testing is seeking a Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program, scoping proposals, scheduling crews, and reviewing reports to keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with authority and accountability, managing budgets and invoicing inputs while growing accounts through reliability. The role requires field leadership and a direct contact with leadership on travel and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
