Job summary

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, including budgeting and invoicing inputs, and communicating with clients to grow accounts through reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control.
• Certifications such as ICC, NICET, or ACI are required.
• Ability to schedule and communicate with clients under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
