Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager to own the client relationship and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, managing budgets, invoicing inputs, and growth through reliability. A Texas-based seat with travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs;
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars;
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly;
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication;
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
