Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager to lead client relationships and the testing program, scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, owning budgets, invoicing inputs, and change scope to ensure billability, with travel to on-site industrial programs as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
