Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of CMT/inspection experience for non-degreed candidates.
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CMT projects from proposal through completion.
• Develop project estimates, scopes of work and proposals with technical/business teams.
• Coordinate resources for field and lab work to meet project demands.
• Provide technical oversight for field and lab work and ensure quality.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technicians on the team.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow projects.
