Job summary

UES is seeking a Construction Materials Testing Project Manager II to independently plan, coordinate, and manage CMT projects ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with standards. You will work with field crews, clients, and internal teams to maintain profitability and quality across diverse infrastructure projects.

The role combines hands-on project delivery with leadership, mentoring junior staff, and promoting safety on job sites in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 4–7 years of construction materials testing (CMT) and inspection experience for non-degreed candidates.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM/AASHTO/ACI/ICC standards and ability to apply specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CMT projects from proposal through completion.
• Develop project estimates, scopes of work, and proposals with technical and business teams.
• Coordinate resources to meet project demands and communicate with clients.
