Job summary

ECS Limited in College Park, GA seeks a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Project Manager to lead diverse field projects, coordinate with senior engineers, project teams, and field staff, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

You will manage project budgets, prepare invoices and pay applications, develop proposals and change orders, host client meetings, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with ASTM standards and heavy construction safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience.
• Strong communication and client-relations capabilities.
• Familiarity with ASTM laboratory standards and CMT principles.

Responsibilities

• Review daily reports and coordinate with project teams to resolve issues.
• Manage project budgets, prepare invoices/pay applications, and assist with collections.
• Prepare proposals and change orders; host or attend client meetings and follow up on reports.
• Perform soil classifications and assign laboratory testing.
• Mentor junior staff and support team development.
