Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4–7 years of CMT/inspection experience for non-degreed candidates.
• Certified testing/inspection credentials (ACI, ICC, ATTI) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM/AASHTO testing standards and project specs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage CMT projects from proposal through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Develop project estimates, scopes of work, and proposals with technical and BD teams.
• Coordinate resources including field technicians and laboratory support to meet demands.
• Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders, resolving issues.
• Monitor financial performance: cost control, budget tracking, revenue forecasting, profitability analysis.
• Provide technical oversight for field and lab work per standards (ASTM, AASHTO, ACI).
• Mentor junior staff and assist with hiring and onboarding as needed.
• Identify opportunities for add-on or follow-up work through client engagement.
