Job summary

UES is seeking an early‑career Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Project Manager I to support planning, coordination, and execution of testing projects. You’ll work with senior staff to ensure on‑time delivery, quality, and compliance with ASTM/ACI standards while growing client relationships and contributing to proposals.

You will be exposed to estimating, scopes of work, and business development activities, with a clear path toward becoming a revenue‑generating project manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and inspection experience preferred for non‑degreed candidates.
• Certifications in relevant testing or inspection areas (ACI, ICC, ATTI) preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities from proposal through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication and field presence; identify new opportunities.
• Assist in developing estimates, proposals, and scopes of work to support project wins.
• Coordinate daily project activities, including scheduling field technicians and support staff.
