Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, including budgeting, invoicing inputs, and change control. Nationwide travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control.
• Certification(s) ICC, NICET, or ACI required for credibility.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing/inspection programs and schedule resources.
• Review daily reports and maintain client communication.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and change orders.
• Grow accounts through reliable performance and relationships.
