Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a project manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, including budgets and invoicing inputs, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Certifications ICC, NICET, ACI and technical credibility with field crews.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars; review daily reports and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; grow accounts through reliability.
• Run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability.
