You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, travel to sites as needed, and mentor crews. CMT/QC credentials help credibility with senior technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials with technical credibility.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars; review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; grow accounts through delivered reliability.
