Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a project manager who owns client relationships and the testing program, from scoping proposals to scheduling crews and reviewing reports, to keep projects profitable and clients informed. You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, price new programs, coordinate field and lab resources, review results, and communicate with clients.

Travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) with credibility with field crews.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be present on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects with authority and accountability.
