Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews, reviewing reports, and keeping projects profitable. You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability.

You will manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and communications with clients, while growing accounts through reliable service. This role requires field credibility and leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications and technical credibility with field crews (ICC, NICET, ACI).

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
