Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager who will own the client relationship and the testing program—from scoping proposals to scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before they ship, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and grow accounts through reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials and field credibility.
• Strong scheduling and client-facing skills under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
• Run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability.
