Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a project manager to own client relationships and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing, and grow accounts through reliable delivery on critical construction programs across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with client-facing responsibilities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; monitor project profitability.
