Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews, review reports, and keep projects profitable while informing clients.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability. The role requires five+ years in CMT or related QC fields, ICC/NICET/ACI credentials, and strong scheduling and client-facing skills under deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.
• Ability to manage deadlines and communicate with clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
