Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years' combined experience in Construction Materials Testing and/or Project Management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable driving record.
• ACI certification within 6 months of hire; PMCP completion within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and manage client relationships; identify new opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, review contracts, and manage budgets.
• Review and sign test reports; manage invoices and payments.
• Supervise field and laboratory staff; ensure compliance with ASTM/ACI/TxDOT standards.
• Coordinate field testing and inspections; train personnel on testing methods.
