Job summary

Butler Rehab & Healthcare Center in Butler, Missouri is seeking a dedicated CMT to join our clinical team. You will provide compassionate resident care, assist with ADLs, and support self-administration of prescribed medications under the supervision of an RN or LPN.

The role offers flexible hours, shift differential, and competitive pay ranging from $18 to $21 per hour, along with PTO, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• CMT certification required (Missouri).
• Experience supporting activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ability to administer medications or assist with self-administration under RN/LPN supervision.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Supervise CNA staff to ensure quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized resident care and support with ADLs.
• Encourage engagement and participation in daily activities.
• Create a safe, supportive environment for residents to thrive.
• Administer medications or assist under RN/LPN supervision.
• Maintain documentation and comply with regulations and ethics.
• Assist with resident transport to dining areas and feeding.
• Monitor resident well-being through rounds.
• Supervise CNAs and assist with direct resident care.
• Address concerns and follow up to resolution.
