Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Maintains accurate medication records and follows center policies.
• Observes residents for side effects and notifies licensed staff as needed.
• Records vital signs when required and reports changes promptly.
• Responds to resident call lights and attends to resident needs promptly.
