Qualifications

• Current Missouri CMT certification.
• Strong patient care and ADL support skills.
• Ability to follow supervision of RN or LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized resident care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Encourage resident engagement and participation in daily activities.
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment where residents can thrive.

About the Role

As a CMT - Certified Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional, personalized resident care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs). You will encourage resident engagement, socialization, and participation in daily activities, create and maintain a safe and supportive environment, and administer medications and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under the supervision of an RN or LPN.
