Job summary

Butler Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our clinical team in Butler, Missouri. You will administer medications and assist residents with ADLs under RN/LPN supervision, while promoting engagement and a safe living environment.

Qualifications

Current Missouri CMT certification.
Strong patient care and ADL support skills.
Ability to follow supervision of RN or LPN.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, personalized resident care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Encourage resident engagement and participation in daily activities.
Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment where residents can thrive.
Administer medications and/or assist with self-administration under supervision of an RN or LPN.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Transport residents to dining areas and assist with feeding as needed.
Make frequent rounds and monitor resident well-being.
Supervise CNA staff to ensure quality resident care and assistance.
Assist with direct resident care and follow up on identified concerns.
