Nest & Care is seeking dedicated caregivers to support clients in Anne Arundel County, MD. The role focuses on hands-on personal care, companionship, and following detailed care plans to improve clients’ daily lives.

We offer 401(k) matching, a flexible schedule, and ongoing training and development. Applicants should be able to work days from 9am to 5pm and demonstrate genuine compassion for those in need.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience with patients across home or facility settings.
• Reliable with a strong attendance record and dependability.
• Able to follow detailed care plans and instructions.
• Strong communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and hygiene.
• Read and follow client care plans and assessments to deliver consistent quality care.
• Adhere to company policies including dress code, time off, and attendance.
• Clock in/out on assigned systems for each shift.
• Monitor client health and behavior changes and report to the appropriate personnel.

Responsibilities/Requirements include:

• Caregivers with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or has worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues
• Caregivers that can work dayshifts from 9am to 5pm.
• Caregivers who believe that they can make a difference in the lives of their clients
• Caregivers who can perform personal and companion care - provides hands-on care, which may include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Reads the client’s care plan and assessments and provides consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client
• Adheres to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.
• Clocks in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing
• Observes clients recognize changes in their behavior or health, then notifies the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary
