Responsibilities & Requirements

• At least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or has worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
• No attendance issues
• Ability to work day shifts from 9am to 2pm
• Strong belief in making a difference in the lives of clients
• Ability to perform personal and companion care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Read client care plans and assessments and provide consistent quality care based on the care plan for each client
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.
• Clock in and out of every shift on the appropriate systems associated with the clients they are servicing
• Observe clients, recognize changes in behavior or health, and notify appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary
