Job summary

Luxor Healthcare in Omaha, NE is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for an 8-hour Evening shift. Competitive pay, PTO, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

The ideal candidate holds a current Missouri CMT certification and will provide personalized care to residents, assist with ADLs, supervise CNAs, and ensure accurate medication administration and records under RN/LPN supervision. Join our caring team and make a difference daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents in activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with one another to support emotional well-being.
• Create and maintain a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications and maintain accurate medical records under the supervision of an RN or LPN.
• Maintain medical records and documentation ensuring accuracy, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Transport residents to and from dining areas; assist with feeding as needed.
• Make frequent rounds to check on residents’ needs and provide supervision of CNAs, ensuring proper resident care.
• Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when needed and follow up on corrections as necessary.
