Job summary

Country Club Rehab & Healthcare is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join its skilled clinical team. The role involves administering medications, supporting residents with ADLs, and maintaining meticulous medical records in a compassionate senior-care setting at Country Club Rehab & Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold Missouri CMT certification.
• Experience with elder care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and document per state and federal guidelines.
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Promote social interaction and emotional well-being.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Supervise CNAs and assist with direct care as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.
• Assist with meal service and resident transport within the facility.
