Luxor Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a team-focused environment. The role supports residents with ADLs, assists with dining, and ensures accurate medication administration under RN/LPN supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, person-centered care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Support seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and caring manner.
• Promote resident engagement and encourage social interaction for emotional wellness.
• Administer and document prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist residents during mealtimes, including transporting and feeding as needed.
• Perform frequent rounds, supervising CNAs, and providing direct care as necessary.
• Report health or behavioral changes to the nurse and assist with follow-up care.
