Job summary

PPG Aerospace is seeking a Chemical Management Services West Regional Manager to lead regional chemical management operations, drive regulatory compliance, and optimize service delivery across the Western and Central United States and Mexico. The role is on-site in the Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA area with up to 50% travel.

Reporting to the USCA ASC Network Director, you will guide a regional team, shape strategic decisions, and push for operational excellence and safety across multiple sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in SCM, Engineering, or Operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role in Supply Chain/Operations.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety and Quality, ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor EHS performance and drive continuous improvement for a risk‑free manufacturing environment.
• Oversee regional chemical management in CMS West Region and Gulfstream customer.
• Contribute to strategic plans and support CMS Operations in unified execution.
• Implement best practices to improve network operations using Lean tools.
