Job summary

PPG Aerospace is seeking a Chemical Management Services West Regional Manager to lead on-site chemical management operations in the Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA area. You will drive regional safety, performance, and service optimization across the CMS West region, including coordination with the Gulfstream customer.

Reporting to the USCA ASC Network Director, you will guide a team to ensure operational excellence, Lean-based improvements, and strong regulatory compliance while aligning with

Qualifications

• US citizenship, green card, political asylum or refugee status required.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Engineering or Operations.
• 5+ years of leadership/managerial experience in Supply Chain/Operations.
• Travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Be actively engaged in Safety and Quality; lead by example and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and review Environmental, Health and Safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee regional chemical management for CMS West Region and Gulfstream customer.
• Contribute to strategic plans and help CMS Operations implement a unified strategy.
• Improve network operations using Lean Enterprise tools and metrics.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for the CMS West Aerospace ASC Network team.
• Analyze processes and capital utilization to improve efficiency.
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate communication between ASC Region and CMS Platform.
• Lead EH&S improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage implementation and launch of new CMS programs in CMS West Region.
• Collaborate with CMS East Regional Manager for standardization and KPIs across USCA CMS organization.
