Job summary

PPG Industries, Inc invites applications for the Chemical Management Services West Regional Manager. This on-site role is based in the Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA area and involves leading chemical management operations across the Western and Central US and Mexico, with direct reporting to the USCA ASC Network Director.

You will oversee safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, while shaping strategic CMS programs and KPI delivery for the West Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus leadership experience in supply chain/operations.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role in supply chain, operations, or category management.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and quality, ensure regulatory compliance and on-site discipline.
• Monitor EHS performance and drive continuous improvement for a risk-free manufacturing environment.
• Oversee regional chemical management for CMS West and Gulfstream customer.
• Drive strategic plans and unified CMS operations strategy across the region.
• Improve network operations using Lean tools and metrics.
• Establish and monitor CMS West Aerospace ASC Network KPIs.
