Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Technical Lead Manager to lead a new CMS engineering team. You will drive architecture and delivery across front-end and back-end systems, publish to multiple web properties, and collaborate with product, design, and marketing to align on workflows and governance.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of engineering experience, strong leadership and cloud platform expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP), and a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams in a fast-growing, remote‑first

Qualifications

Experience leading engineering teams and setting technical direction.
Experience with content management systems and multi-team deployments.
Strong cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scalable architecture.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

Lead a new engineering team for CMS capabilities serving multiple business teams.
Define the technical direction for a CMS platform across web properties.
Partner with stakeholders on workflows, publishing needs and governance.
Drive architecture decisions across front-end and back-end for scalability.
Establish engineering practices for design, delivery, observability and reliability.
Coach engineers on technical design and execution.
Contribute to design reviews and key implementation decisions.
Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform investment.
Build relationships across Commerce and related teams.
