Link Manufacturing in Sioux Center, IA, is seeking entry-level assemblers to join a climate-controlled facility. No experience required; we train you to succeed from day one, reading blueprints, using hand tools, and assembling cargo management products according to specifications.

You will collaborate with a team to meet production goals, maintain a safe, clean workspace, and adhere to all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
