Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly operations accurately, safely, and consistently while meeting daily production goals for quantity and quality.
  • Prepare, assemble, and package products according to established procedures, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Troubleshoot process or product issues and elevate concerns as needed.
  • Complete training checklist requirements and perform work without repetitive mistakes.
  • Use a microscope as needed to support assembly and inspection activities.
  • Handle fiber properly, including measuring, cleaning, inspecting, preparing, and assembling components.
  • Enter data accurately and complete all paperwork related to the assembly area.
  • Understand, support, and contribute to TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S Management Systems.
  • Follow all stated policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
