Job summary

Link Manufacturing is seeking a production worker to assemble Cat's Eye products in a climate-controlled, team-oriented facility located in Iowa. You will adhere to safety protocols, adapt to multiple stations, and ensure timely, quality output.

Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and with others. The role offers opportunities for growth and development within a respectful, service-minded culture.

• Inspect all assembled products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment.
• Adapt to different workstations as production needs dictate, ensuring timely production of quality work that satisfies customer requirements.
• Assemble Cat's Eye products according to provided instructions and specifications
• Inspect all assembled products to ensure quality standards are met
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
