Job summary

Link Manufacturing, Ltd. is hiring for an entry-level assembly position in Sioux Center, IA. No experience required; training provided to help you succeed from day one. You will assemble cargo management products, read blueprints, and operate hand tools and machinery, while maintaining a clean workspace and following safety procedures.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and on-time production in a climate-controlled facility with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Day Shift: Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
