Job summary

Link Manufacturing, Ltd. is seeking a motivated manufacturing worker to join our Iowa facility. Monday–Friday schedule runs 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, offering a climate-controlled environment and a team-oriented culture.

From interpreting blueprints to ensuring quality and timely production, you will contribute to meeting customer specifications while maintaining high safety standards across moving parts and assembly areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hang, paint, and unload parts in accordance with specified schedules.
• Produce work that conforms to customer specifications and standards; emphasize quality from the start.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other written instructions effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols and PPE.
• Adapt to differing workstations as production needs dictate to meet customer requirements.
