Job summary

GHOSTEK is seeking a hands-on Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing org and join the executive team. You’ll own strategy and execution, driving product initiatives and topline growth across paid, owned, and earned channels for DTC and marketplace growth (Amazon, Shopify, retail partners).

You’ll blend brand-building with a performance mindset, leading a lean team and partnering with product and supply chain to shape the roadmap and GTM plans. Equity available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing leadership with e-commerce/DTC exposure.
• Proven revenue growth through multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong analytics with CAC/LTV/ROAS insight.

Responsibilities

• Own topline revenue targets and marketing budget with clear ROI.
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned.
• Optimize funnel from awareness to retention using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with product and supply chain to launch new SKUs.
• Lead GTM strategy, pricing input, and launch campaigns.
• Build and mentor a lean marketing team and establish dashboards.
