Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused professional to support an IBM Maximo 9.X CMMS implementation for a government client.

The role blends training, stakeholder engagement, user support, scheduling, and requirements gathering to improve business processes through technology. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, leads discussions with users and government stakeholders, and has experience with CMMS concepts.

Qualifications

• Degrees in related disciplines or CS preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with COTS or custom web-based applications.
• US citizen with interim DoD secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support CMMS user outreach and communications plan.
• Interview stakeholders and end users to gather requirements.
• Develop and analyze user surveys for satisfaction trends.
• Coordinate two annual User Town Hall meetings.
• Prepare user communications and outage notices.
• Liaise between STAC/STOC and CMMS Tier III team.
• Assist in monitoring Splunk dashboards for access issues.
• Assist with functional testing and UAT documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
• Perform duties assigned by Program Manager.
