Job summary

King & George, LLC is seeking a Computerized Maintenance Management System Operator at the Pittsburgh area, supporting CMMS data integrity and maintenance planning. You will administer NexGen IT as the primary system of record and coordinate with field crews to reflect current conditions.

The role requires certification in maintenance management or equivalent, strong reading skills for MEP/CAFM, and the ability to manage work orders, schedules and reports.

Qualifications

• CMMS and CAFM software experience required.
• Strong ability to analyze maintenance data and generate reports.
• Fluent English communication with government representatives.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and close work orders and equipment entries.
• Coordinate with managers and schedulers on data accuracy.
• Record service requests and dispatch instructions.
• Analyze CMMS information and produce status reports.
• Maintain asset/work-order structures in NexGen IT.
• Ensure on-site core-hour coverage and after-hours availability.
