Job summary

Amgen in Holly Springs, NC seeks a Manager for Work Order Administration CMMS to lead the asset maintenance program and CMMS data integrity. You will partner with the Facilities & Engineering team to design, build, and qualify new equipment for drug substance production.

You will manage planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple crafts while ensuring inspection readiness. You will oversee a team of planners, lead the central inventory program, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Must have advanced degree(s) in engineering or related fields with extensive CMMS/maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience in a regulated, multi-craft maintenance setting.
• Experience delivering compliant planning, scheduling and asset management in GMP/biotech environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to planners/schedulers and CMMS Data Coordinators to establish Asset Maintenance program.
• Lead Central Inventory program and MRO processes for site.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement scheduling/asset management improvements.
• Collaborate with customers and support groups on preventative maintenance and on-time completion.
• Coordinate with corporate groups to improve CMMS functionality to meet business needs.
• Supervise work order safety programs and planning procedures.
• Ensure planning adheres to cGMP requirements and optimizes resource use.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
