Job summary

Amgen in Holly Springs, North Carolina, is seeking a Manager Work Order Administration CMMS Process Owner to help build and operate new site processes for drug substance production, integrating CMMS, planning and scheduling for multi-discipline teams.

You will lead a team of planners and CMMS data coordinators, ensure data integrity, support audits, and partner with Corporate Engineering and site functions to design, commission and qualify equipment while advancing cGMP compliance and continuous

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree.
• Master’s degree with 3 years CMMS/maintenance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years CMMS experience.
• Associate degree with 10 years CMMS experience.
• High school diploma with 12 years CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to planners, schedulers, and CMMS Data Coordinators to establish maintenance programs.
• Lead Central Inventory program for MRO processes.
• Identify improvements and implement scheduling and asset management enhancements.
• Collaborate with customers and support groups on preventive maintenance and aging backlog.
• Coordinate with corporate networks to improve CMMS and planning.
• Ensure safety, cGMP-compliant planning, and after-hours support.
