Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from high school or GED with 5 years of maintenance experience, or an associate degree with 3 years of experience, or 4 years in municipal/industrial wastewater plant work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Certifications like CMRP or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains CMMS-based preventive maintenance program.
• Maintains asset and equipment records and work history.
• Coordinates maintenance work orders, inventory, and parts usage.
• Provides CMMS training and support to staff and administration.
• Ensures data integrity and regulatory compliance in CMMS records.
