IAWEA's Wastewater Treatment Plant seeks a CMMS Coordinator to manage the CMMS for asset maintenance and inventory control at the treatment facility and lift stations, including asset records and work order management.

You will track labor and parts, generate reports, and provide CMMS training and support to maintenance and operations staff.

The role is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with on-call evenings, nights, weekends and holidays; residency within 30 miles of Sioux City is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with five years in maintenance.
• Associate degree with three years of related experience.
• Four years in municipal/industrial wastewater plant ops or maintenance.
• Equivalent education/experience combinations accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain asset and equipment records.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Track labor and parts inventory.
• Prepare reports on CMMS data and activities.
• Provide CMMS training and support to staff.
