Job summary

American Airlines is seeking a Coordinator, Facilities Maintenance Programs to oversee the administrative setup, maintenance and compliance of our CMMS. The role sits in the Facilities Maintenance Team within the Integrated Operations Division and requires travel to stations nationwide.

You will manage asset records, schedule PMs, generate reports, train staff on the CMMS, and support auditors. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is preferred, and you

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of WebTMA CMMS system.
• Regulatory compliance experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CMMS maintenance setup, compliance, and records.
• Schedule and track preventive maintenance tasks.
• Create CMMS reports and asset activity data.
• Travel nationwide up to 50% for asset inventory and training.
• Provide training to staff on CMMS usage.
