Job summary

American Airlines seeks a CMMS Administrator to oversee the administrative setup, maintenance, and compliance of our CMMS (WebTMA) within the Facilities Maintenance Team of Integrated Operations. You will manage asset records, schedules, and reporting while traveling nationwide to inventory assets and train users.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, travel up to 50%, US work authorization, and the ability to obtain airport security badges.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance teams with asset records, schedule maintenance, and track costs.
• Create and update Equipment records and maintenance tasks.
• Create PM schedules and track work orders.
• Build CMMS reports and produce asset activity data.
• Act as CMMS contact for compliance auditors.
• Travel to stations nationwide to inventory assets and train users.
• Train staff on the CMMS system across shifts.
• Generate pivot tables and charts in Excel for reporting.
• Travel up to 50% (day/overnight).

• Responisbile for overseeing the administrative setup, maintenance and compliance of our (CMMS) Computerized Maintenance Management Systems under the guidance of the Manager Systems and Programs.
• This job is a member of the Facilities Maintenance Team within the Integrated Operations Division.

What You'll Do

• Provides maintenance teams a record of the assets they are accountable to maintain, schedule, track maintenance and keep historical records of work performed including parts, materials and labor costs Creates and updates Equipment records, maintenance tasks, user profiles
• Applies (PM) Preventative Maintenance schedules Creates and tracks work orders
• Builds CMMS reports and produces data on asset activity
• Acts as CMMS point of contact for compliance auditors
• Travel to stations nationwide to take inventory of American Airlines assets and train users
• Train all levels of staff, including management, on the CMMS system (While rare, this includes all three shifts)
• Generate pivot tables and charts in excel for reporting purposes
• Travel up to 50%, this includes both day and overnight trips

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• High School diploma or GED equivalency

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s or relevant work experience
• Knowledge of WebTMA System
• Regulatory compliance experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to learn various maintenance management software systems
• Must be willing and able to travel within the US
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
