Job summary

Siemens Energy in Gibsonton, FL seeks a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to own the CMMS and coordinate maintenance across the plant. You will analyze data and plan preventive and corrective tasks to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop PM procedures, load tasks into CMMS, and generate reports; require 5+ years experience and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with CMMS proficiency.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to lead projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all major preventive, proactive, and project maintenance activities.
• Screen incoming work orders to define scope, resources, and risks.
• Collaborate with plant teams to ensure timely scheduling and CMMS documentation.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for leadership.
• Track RCA trends and develop metrics to monitor performance.
