Job summary

PPG Industries (UK) Limited is seeking an ambitious CMMS Administrator to manage conversion, upgrade, and performance reporting from the onsite CMMS at the Circleville, OH facility. You will work with Maintenance and Reliability teams to integrate preventive maintenance into the CMMS and develop metrics that validate maintenance effectiveness and equipment uptime.

Your role includes modernizing asset hierarchy, participating in RCA, and updating preventive maintenance documentation to align with

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required; 2-year degree preferred or BS in engineering/manufacturing technology
• 3+ years of CMMS experience desired
• Knowledge of Reliability Engineering (RCM, FMEA)
• Experience configuring CMMS workflows, fields, codes, security roles, permissions, notifications, and approvals
• Experience developing CMMS asset records, job plans, PMs, BOMs, and spare-parts associations
• Experience creating CMMS reports, dashboards, queries, and data extracts

Responsibilities

• Work with site Maintenance and Reliability teams to integrate Preventive Maintenance requirements into the CMMS system
• Develop and own reporting metrics and analytics that validate maintenance effectiveness and equipment uptime
• Modernize asset hierarchy within the CMMS system
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement activities to improve CMMS robustness
• Update preventive maintenance documentation to align with PID and field locations
• Support CMMS workflows, fields, status codes, security roles, notifications, and approvals
